In 2017, Fay Claassen was asked to collaborate on an album with evergreens such as One Day I'll Fall Away and Killing me Softly for the benefit of the Princess Maxima Fund. That went so well that she decided to make a program of her own with which she now storms the stages.
Fay has had an impressive career. In 2005 she celebrated triumphs with an ode to Chet Baker for which she was awarded the Chet Baker Award. The much-praised album "Two Portraits of Chet Baker" also achieved a golden record. With that program, she also treated Porgy and Bess to a memorable concert.
With her ninth album "Luck Child" she scored no less than two Edisons in 2018. Earlier she also won the prestigious German "Preis der Deutsche Schallplattenkritik".
